Job Overview:

This role provides advanced technical support for our data and voice services, troubleshooting complex issues, configuring networks, and ensuring peak performance of our systems.

About the Job:

  • Provide advanced technical support for data and voice services, handling escalated issues from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and voice issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain data and voice equipment.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize configurations as needed.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to address recurring issues.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on network systems.
  • Document support cases and solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical support, specifically with data and voice services.
  • Must reside in the Dayton, TN greater area.
  • Proficiency in network configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with LAN, WAN, and Layer 3 switching.
  • Networking certifications such as Network+, CCNA, VMware, and Microsoft Azure are beneficial.
  • Experience with firewall, router, and managed switch technologies (e.g., WatchGuard, Netgear, Cisco, SOPHOS, Ubiquiti) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on multiple projects.

Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
