Facilities Maintenance Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare surfaces and apply paint, varnish, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces, trimmings, and fixtures.
- Mix and match paints and allied products, applying them to buildings, furniture, and other structures using brush, roller, or spray equipment.
- Apply waterproof materials to exterior of buildings and cover exposed floors, objects, and surfaces.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, preferably supplemented by coursework in trade skills, and one year of work experience or equivalent education and/or experience. A valid North Carolina driver's license is also required.
Estimated Salary Range: $37,410 - $61,725 annually, based on location and industry standards.
