Job Title: Waste Management Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waste Management Team Lead to join our team at Veolia North America.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a team of field employees in providing safe and efficient waste management services to clients. As a Waste Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Supervision: Manage and supervise teams of field employees to ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors and field personnel to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related science discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Hazardous Waste Experience: 5-7 years of experience in hazardous waste management.
  • Supervisory Experience: 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Our salary range is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
