Certified Medication Aide

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Certified Medication Aide to provide care with competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, flexibility, and no contract requirement.
As a Travel Medication Assistant, you will work in various GSS locations within a 150-mile radius from home address, providing age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of residents.
Responsibilities include administering prescribed medications, documenting outcomes, and communicating changing conditions to the charge nurse.
You will also provide housekeeping and laundry services, assist with meals and snacks, and participate in departmental committees as needed.
Qualifications include a high school graduate or general equivalency diploma, minimum age of 18, and prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care.
A valid driver's license and auto insurance may be required for some locations.
