Teach In Hawaii is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavioral Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioral Specialist, you will provide critical support to students with severe behavioral challenges, ensuring their safety and success in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students with severe behavioral challenges
* Provide one-to-one behavioral intervention services, using evidence-based strategies and techniques to promote positive behavior and academic achievement
* Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement instructional plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student
* Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking student progress and adjusting intervention plans as needed
Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field preferred
* 1 year of experience working with students with severe behavioral challenges; experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
* Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
