Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled LADC Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our social services department, you will provide direct social services to patients and their families, developing, coordinating, and facilitating all necessary interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Therapeutic Services: Offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
- Case Management: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring patients receive the necessary support and resources.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, progress, and treatment plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date on best practices in social services and therapy.
- Master's Degree: Possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Hold a valid LADC license or be in-training as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-IT), Marriage and Family Therapist Training License (MFT-TL), or Social Worker Training Certificate (SWTC).
- Experience: Possess experience working in healthcare, particularly in psychiatric settings, and have a working knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques for various age groups.
