Licensed Clinical Social Worker PRN

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker PRN to join our team at AdventHealth Hendersonville. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will provide high-quality social service functions to patients and families in our behavioral health care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine social service needs, diagnosis, and treatment plan.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team.
- Provide group therapy and other assignments as directed by the Department Director.
- Coordinate discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients and families.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to facilitate post-hospital care.
- Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Current CPI certification required within 90 days of hire and maintained.
- Current license as LCSW, LPC, or LCP-A.
