Substance Use Disorder Program Clinical Supervisor

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Disorder Program Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Howard R Young Correctional Institution in Wilmington, Delaware.
Job Summary:
The Substance Use Disorder Program Clinical Supervisor will play a critical role in addressing and managing substance abuse issues among the incarcerated patient population. This position requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to provide guidance and support to SUD counselors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to SUD counselors, including training and support to ensure high-quality services.
- Carry a caseload, conduct groups, and complete treatment plans.
- Provide coverage in the absence of SUD counselors and participate in local meetings as assigned.
- Assist the SUD program director in obtaining necessary information for required reports and ensuring program compliance.
- Collaborate with other SUD programs and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling psychology, or a related field.
- Substance use certification (CADC, CAADC, licensed chemical dependency professional, or CCDP).
- Preferably licensed (LCSW, LPC, and/or LCDP).
- At least 2 years' experience in an SUD treatment program.
