We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Wellington, KS. As an LPN with Maxim, you will have the opportunity to work with pediatric and adult patients in their own homes, providing high-quality care and support.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity for an LPN to utilize their skills and experience to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patient needs and developing personalized care plans

• Providing skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Collecting and analyzing data to inform patient care decisions

• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

The ideal candidate will be currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of Kansas, possess current TB or Chest X-Ray certification, and hold a valid BLS card. Prior professional nursing experience is preferred but not required.
