Part-Time Store Leader

As a Retail Specialist at Nike Well Collective, you'll be the face of our brand, helping customers find their perfect fit and feel their best. We're looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, wellness, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel seen and understood in our stores
- Be knowledgeable about Nike products and services, and use that expertise to support customer needs
- Lead by example, delivering service in line with Nike's Service Principles to bring the consumer journey to life
- Operate a cash register, ship and receive duties, stock products, clean and build visual displays
- Show up for your teammates by attending store events

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 (U.S)
- 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
- Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
