Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Asset Management Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing asset availability, quotes, and other associated actions pertaining to lease and exchange on major rotable components to airlines and maintenance & overhaul facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer interface activities related to providing asset availability, quotes, and other associated actions pertaining to lease and exchange on major rotable components.
  • Daily interaction with external customers, including internal coordination with Aftermarket Technical Services, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facilities, and functional groups such as the Distribution Centers, Finance, and Pricing teams.
  • Facilitating activities with internal support teams to gather and/or update data in Microsoft Dynamics supporting both the Asset Management Pool (AMP) and Rohr Material Number (RMN) Kit teams.

Requirements:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
