We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Colonial Manor of Randolph. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as needed
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers
  • Document all required information in the electronic documentation system
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Ability to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
