Job SummaryWe are seeking an innovative and motivated psychiatrist to join our team. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a leadership role, mentoring our psychiatric nurse practitioners and contributing to the growth and expansion of our ambulatory Behavioral Health program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient psychiatric care to patients with mental health conditions
- Lead and mentor psychiatric nurse practitioners in providing high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
- Contribute to the growth and expansion of our ambulatory Behavioral Health program
- Demonstrated leadership skills or experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
The compensation package includes a base salary between $260,160 and $358,467 per year, plus comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, and retirement plans.

As a non-profit organization, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), providing an added incentive for those pursuing a career in psychiatry.
