The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a caring approach to the elderly, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position with various shift options available, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Provide medical and physical care to meet daily needs and enable residents to function at their highest level
  • Perform duties similar to those of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Current certification as a Medication Technician in Kansas
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • CPR certification
  • Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Able to work in a team setting and interact with residents, relatives, staff, and other stakeholders
