Main Responsibilities:

  • Accurately quote wait times and manage reservations to ensure seamless service
  • Cater to guests by providing special experiences that exceed their expectations
  • Escort guests to their table and provide a smooth transition to their server
  • Provide a warm farewell and invitation to return
  • Foster a positive team environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction and employee well-being

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
