Maintenance Technician

At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Tuscaloosa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality of equipment and facilities through routine maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining machinery through regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
  • Tracking and recording maintenance activities and repairs accurately.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is an asset.
  • Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work requirements.
