About the Role
As a Nurse Clinical Resident at Baptist Memorial, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment. This full-time position is available on the Medical Surgical Unit 3 West in Memphis, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for coordinating and providing care to patients utilizing the nursing process framework. This will involve assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, administering medications as prescribed, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a valid RN license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association. You should also possess strong computer literacy skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including paid vacation time, continuing education opportunities, and a generous retirement plan.
