Job Summary:

As a Surgical Technologist at VIRTUALITY, INC., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Operating Room. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct and indirect nursing services to surgical patients under the supervision of a professional nurse. You will perform technical skills in a scrub role, requiring aseptic technique, and document accurately on all records as indicated by policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and safely.
  • Anticipate the needs of the surgical team based on knowledge of human anatomy and pathophysiology.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless execution of procedures.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited educational program for Surgical Technologist.
  • Current CST or completion of an appropriate training program for Surgical Technology.
  • Recent Acute Care experience required.
  • Minimum 1-year SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST (OPERATING ROOM) experience.
