About the Role
We are seeking a talented professional to join our Global Risk & Assurance Services team at SAP. As an Internal Audit Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Internal Controls processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality reviews and assessments to ensure compliance and enhance effectiveness across the assurance spectrum.
- Innovate and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline and enhance the accuracy of our internal audit, internal controls, and risk management efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to design and deliver robust onboarding and educational programs that empower our assurance workforce with essential skills and knowledge relevant to their profession.
- Facilitate clear and impactful communication across all levels of our assurance function, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements
- A solid understanding of Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Internal Controls, with relevant experience in one or more of these areas.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in AI application and Python programming for workflow design, data manipulation, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Power Apps.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think critically about existing processes and potential improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- A collaborative mindset, thriving in team environments and valuing diverse perspectives.
