Drive Sales Growth with Bizon Group Inc.

We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales professional, you will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Your goal will be to understand customer needs and requirements, and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working on-site with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
  • You will also maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Additionally, you will team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed quarterly quotas.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  3. Territory Management: Manage and expand your territory to identify new sales opportunities.
  4. Channel Partnership: Collaborate with channel partners to build relationships and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • You must have proven inside and outside sales experience, with a track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day is essential.
  • You should be proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with CRM systems is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • You must have strong listening and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation:

  • The hourly rate for this position is $19.23.
  • Motivational bonus of up to $10,000 per month (DOE).
