Job Summary:

The Pet Care Operations Manager Lead is responsible for leading the daily operations of our veterinary hospitals, including managing staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires exceptional leadership and operations skills, as well as a strong focus on customer service and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of veterinary professionals, including veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff.
  • Oversee the daily operations of our veterinary hospitals, including managing staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive revenue growth, manage costs, and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, manage inventory, and provide exceptional support to our veterinary teams.
  • Collaborate with our veterinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in pet care.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in veterinary operations or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams of veterinary professionals.
  • Strong operational skills, with experience in managing staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with experience in interacting with customers, patients, and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and patient care.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in developing and implementing operational strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including veterinary teams, operations teams, and industry partners.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
