About This Role

Lutheran Hospital's rehabilitation team is seeking a skilled Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our PRN team in the Outpatient setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide age-appropriate services to child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including assessment, direct treatment, and supervision of treatment delivered by a student SLP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient and family instruction, participation in family and team conferences, and documentation of services according to hospital and departmental standards.
  • Supervise and direct a Rehabilitation Technician, as required.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Services, Therapy Operations Manager, or other designated management to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology, or equivalent degree as designated by an accredited university.
  • Successful completion of National Examination endorsed by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency in SLP, CCC-SLP, or in the process of completing Clinical Fellowship Year, CFY, and eligibility for Indiana State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
