Job Overview

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Hardware Technician - Deskside Support Specialist to provide top-notch support to remote field locations. As a trusted and responsible resource, you will work with minimal supervision to ensure seamless desktop support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to end-users, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Offer hands-on support for desktop hardware and Windows 10 operating systems
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a corporate environment, providing deskside support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 7 and 10 operating systems, as well as MS Office
  • Excellent communication and technical skills
