Job Title: HSE Compliance Administrator

Join Vortex Companies, LLC, a leading provider of trenchless technologies and turnkey services, as a HSE Compliance Administrator. This role is a key part of our team, responsible for ensuring our operations meet all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and implement safety databases and track training programs
  • Manage training records and files, including ISNetworld and Avetta
  • Develop and maintain training matrices and software
  • Register employees in LMS and SMS systems
  • Track new-hire orientations and assist in promoting a positive safety culture
  • Work with the VP of HSE to ensure compliance with government agencies and client requirements
  • Process safety pre-qualification forms, safety supplies, and materials
  • Manage workers' compensation, general liability, automobile, and property claims
  • Assist in developing new programs and procedures to promote a positive safety culture
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental safety, or engineering
  • Certifications a plus
  • Typically 2 or more years HSE experience plus 3 years administrative experience
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products
  • Proficiency with ISNetworld
