Job DescriptionHolladay Properties is seeking a qualified Day Porter to maintain the appearance of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows, and emptying trash receptacles.

In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will also assist with special projects and events as needed. You will work closely with other members of our team to ensure that all aspects of property maintenance are met.

Responsibilities
  • Daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows, and emptying trash receptacles
  • Assist with the removal of furniture, appliances, and debris from vacated suites
  • Perform light landscaping duties, including watering plants and trimming bushes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience preferred
  • At least one year of experience in grounds keeping and/or housekeeping
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
