Job Title: Expert Taxation Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Tax Accountant to join our team as a strategic partner to the Management Team at Select Staffing Solutions. This is a full-time opportunity responsible for supporting the management of all trust, estate, and gift tax returns across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the estate and trust department, overseeing staff members and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate and manage deadlines for tax return submissions, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze complex estate and trust documents to ensure precise tax filings.
  • Prepare and review estate, trust, and gift tax returns with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of individual income tax returns.
  • Collaborate with the administrative department to assemble and produce completed tax returns, manage extension requests, and generate E-Filing reports.
  • Monitor firm performance against actual client productivity.
  • Assume additional duties as assigned by partners.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • No less than 5 years of experience preparing and reviewing trust, estate, gift, and individual tax returns.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience supervising staff and reviewing tax returns.

Compensation and Benefits:
This rewarding opportunity offers competitive compensation in the range of $101K-$115K per annum, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
