The Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pool Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Pool DPC RN, you will be responsible for delivering patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner. You will utilize evidence-based practice standards of quality, safety, and service to provide exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner
- Utilize evidence-based practice standards of quality, safety, and service
- Provide exceptional care to patients with a focus on technical skills, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
- 1 year of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Ability to work a minimum of 18 months and meet weekend and holiday requirements
