Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with Brio Living Services, you will be responsible for providing primary care, palliative care, and end-of-life care to patients aged 55 and older. Your daily tasks will include participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, completing periodic health assessments, assessing and treating acute needs and illness, advanced care planning, and patient and caregiver education.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need current licensure and certification to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Michigan, a Master's degree in nursing or satisfactory completion of a physician assistant program, BLS certification, and current DEA registration. A minimum of one year of experience working with the frail and elderly population is preferred.
