Esthetics Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Esthetics Instructor to join our team at Blue Cliff College. As an Esthetics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students the art and science of esthetics, including the use of cosmetic preparations, body treatments, and other techniques for the care of the skin.

• Develop and implement curriculum for esthetics courses, including lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Teach students in a classroom setting, using a variety of teaching methods and techniques to engage and motivate students.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to students on their performance.
• Assist students with lesson assignments and provide additional support as needed.
• Enforce classroom protocols and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Participate in faculty and professional meetings, educational conferences, and professional development workshops.

• Cosmetology/Esthetician licensure through the applicable state board is required.
• Cosmetology/Esthetician Instructor's License is also required.
• At least three (3) years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist/esthetician is preferred.
• Some level of teaching or training experience is also preferred.

• Knowledge of esthetics principles and practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and colleagues.
