About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Barista Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing cash handling procedures, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fully stock and maintain the bar area, including inventory management and product rotation.
  • Promote and sell beverage and food items to increase sales revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage cash handling procedures, accurately processing transactions and maintaining a secure and efficient working environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
  • A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in a position with regular direct public contact, providing customer service and efficiently managing tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • A valid picture identification and the ability to obtain Alcohol Awareness Certification.

Compensation and Benefits
