**Job Title:** Lead Behavior Analyst



Job Summary

The Lead Behavior Analyst is a key member of our team at Empower Workplace Corp., responsible for providing and overseeing ABA programming for clients aged 18 months to 6 years in a clinic-based setting. As a seasoned professional, you will promote optimal function and engagement in meaningful activities, support families, and collaborate with other disciplines as needed to address goals and objectives outlined in each child's Individualized Treatment Plan.

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide BACB supervision to candidates according to board standards

  • Administer assessments to clients entering ABA services within a designated timeframe

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and in collaboration with the family and other treatment team members

  • Monthly client progress analysis for review with the treatment team

  • Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Functional Analyses

  • Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families, in accordance with HIPAA and County, State, and Federal Regulations

  • Uphold BACB ethical code

  • Complete billing, documentation, trainings, and supervision within specified timeframes

  • Meet productivity targets for billable service delivery

  • Comply with organizational policies and procedures

  • Complete all required annual trainings and maintain professional competence and skills via training, continuing education, and supervision

  • Provide Telehealth services

  • Train and provide supervision and support to RBTs, LBs, and BCBAs as assigned



Requirements



  • Must be able to move freely between standing and sitting positions during therapy sessions

  • Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, stoop, run, reach in all directions, and crawl as a means of demonstrating and teaching therapeutic interventions

  • Consistently requires the use of technology to communicate with staff and families

  • Must have transportation to provide in-home or community visits when needed

  • Position requires oral and written communication skills, and critical thinking on a regular basis

  • Position may also require occasional lifting and positioning of children up to 50 pounds



Qualifications



  • Master's Degree

  • MUST be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

  • PA License: MUST be licensed in PA as a behavior specialist, psychologist, or social worker

  • Current and Valid: CPR and First Aid is required

  • Current Clearances are required



Preferred Experience



  • 2 years of experience working with clients aged 2-6 years with ASD diagnosis

  • Current credentialing with insurance carriers is preferred

  • Extensive knowledge of ABA and interventions relevant to ASD
