Manufacturing CNC Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team at a well-established manufacturing company in Stevensville, Maryland.

This is a full-time position that involves programming, setting up, and repairing CNC machines to ensure smooth operation and meet production goals. Experience using Mastercam is strongly preferred.

The salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including paid holidays, vacation, health and dental benefits, supplemental insurances, and 401K matching.

As a CNC Programmer, your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and programming various CNC Machines
• Reading and understanding technical blueprints
• Performing quality checks on finished goods and adhering to all safety codes and regulations
• Repairing CNC equipment and maintaining machines to ensure parts are being produced according to product specifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Mid-Level Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming using CAM system (preferably Mastercam)
• Ability to use machine shop measuring tools

The work schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. We offer a clean and safe working environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
