We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $17.50 to $22.83 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Description

Nursing Care Provision

As a CNA, your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on nursing care to our residents, adhering to our resident care policies and procedures. This includes assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as outlined in each resident's individualized care plan.

Collaborative Team Environment

You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team, including the charge nurse, to ensure seamless care delivery. Your role is essential in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures.
  • Work under the direction of the Charge Nurse as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including scheduled out-of-bed times.
  • Ensure residents follow their individualized Care Plan.
  • Interact supportively and respectfully with residents, family members, coworkers, and clinical staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be actively certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with completion of a state-approved training program and examination.
  • Provide certification documentation upon application.
