Project Coordinator

At Mark Hancock Development Corp, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in delivering a best-in-class buyer experience for our clients.
The Project Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as a liaison between clients and various departments, individuals, and consultants. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Manage contact information for sales leads, assist with scheduling appointments, and maintain case notes to support follow-up activities.
- Design: Schedule and attend meetings with consultants, coordinate with architecture and design professionals, and ensure client expectations are met.
- Pre-Construction: Input and maintain client information and project data, track permit status, and schedule pre-construction meetings.
- Construction: Conduct regular site visits, send weekly project update emails, and manage change orders and addendums.
- Post-Construction: Prepare and participate in job autopsy to facilitate continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of construction project coordinator experience, preferably in custom residential.
- Highly proficient with spreadsheets, MS Office, Outlook, and various standard internet applications.
- Positive and engaging self-starter with excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, focused, persistent, and scrupulous about accuracy and detail.
