Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Home Health Program Coordinator to join our team at BrightStar Care. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations and home care, with strong communication and organizational skills.

What You'll Do:
  • Schedule clinician specialists with patients in a customer-driven manner.
  • Receive client referrals and validate clinical information.
  • Maintain accurate reports and ensure timely scheduling.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • H.S. diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical Assistant (MA) Certification preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience.
  • Excellent clerical, organization, and time management skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of Managed Care, private insurance, and home care regulations.
