Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caring Professional to join our team at Marie's House of Hope, Inc. As a Youth Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to individuals with mental health needs and developmental disabilities.

Job Summary
  • This position is responsible for assisting residents with daily living skills, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • You will also be required to transport individuals to medical appointments and other activities, as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of each individual in your care.
  • Assist residents with daily tasks, such as bathing, toileting, and dressing.
  • Prepare well-balanced meals and snacks according to individual requirements or special diets.
  • Clean and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Transport individuals to appointments and activities, using company-provided vehicles.
  • Document resident progress and any concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health needs and developmental disabilities preferred.
Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
