Join Our Pediatric Team as a Homecare Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homecare Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our pediatric patients at Nationwide Children's Hospital.

About the Position:

  • Assess patients' functional deficits, developing personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and families.
  • Stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices and research in pediatric physical therapy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate patients' response to treatment, adjusting plans as needed to optimize progress.
  2. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  3. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, sharing best practices and expertise with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in physical therapy or higher; State of Ohio licensure is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in pediatric physical therapy or related fields is preferred.
  • Ongoing professional development and education are essential for this role.

Working Conditions:
