Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school district team. As an integral part of our team, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students, fostering effective communication skills and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate students to detect speech and language disorders through comprehensive assessments.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for students with varied communication requirements.
  • Deliver Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services to students, aligning with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to enhance students' communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in Communication and Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP License.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
