About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Glendive Medical Center. As a key member of our Surgery Department, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and efficient care to our surgical patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and peri-op nurses in maintaining a safe and efficient surgical environment
  • Apply principles of asepsis and sterile technique to prepare operating rooms and equipment
  • Acquire and organize equipment and supplies for surgical procedures
  • Serve as a liaison between surgeons, instrument representatives, and hospital staff
  • Fulfill additional roles such as sterile processing and equipment acquisition as needed
Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited school of surgical technology or LPN nursing program
  • At least 2 years of experience in a surgical setting
  • Basic computer skills required
