At Medical City Arlington, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients, and we're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our MICU team. As a Registered Nurse in our MICU, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments to develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
  • Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN's scope of practice.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide emotional support and patient education.

Requirements:

  • Current Texas State RN license or compact license.
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 60 months of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Previous ICU experience.
