About the Role:
This role involves working as a Licensed Practical Nurse in various settings, providing top-notch patient care and support. You will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications, and educating patients' families on procedures and care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide medication administration and insertion of catheters as needed.
- Cultivate strong relationships with patients and their families through effective communication.
- Promote patient education and empowerment.
Requirements:
* A valid LPN license
* Experience in long-term care, nursing homes, ambulatory, or emergency departments
* Strong knowledge of cardiology and patient care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
