We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at VIMO INC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experience to our clients. You will manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies.
Responsibilities:
Inbound/Outbound Calls
Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently
Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
Application Data Entry
Online chat inquiries as assigned
Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
Requirements:
Moderate to Advanced computer skills
High level of comfort learning new technology
High level of professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working from home
Self-motivated and success-driven
