About the Opportunity

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a highly skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist for a travel assignment in New York. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting imaging procedures, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care. With a strong focus on teamwork and communication, this role requires individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality results and providing exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct imaging procedures using various equipment and technologies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories and test results.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • One to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist preferred.
  • Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
