Middle School Wrestling Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Boys Wrestling Coach to lead our middle school team in competition. The ideal candidate will have a strong coaching background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate students to achieve their best.

• Supervise and mentor student-athletes to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Develop and implement effective training programs to improve team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of team progress, including game results, player statistics, and attendance.
• Communicate with parents, staff, and administrators to promote positive relationships and ensure open lines of communication.
• Participate in coaching clinics, workshops, and other professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, or related field.
• Current coaching certification from the State of Iowa.
• Proven track record of success in coaching middle school wrestling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and administrators to support student achievement.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
