About the Role

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Box Office Cashiers, Concession Attendants, or Ushers/Doormen. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell tickets accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for customers
  • Operate Point of Sale terminals and ticket printers with precision and speed
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming box office area, ensuring optimal customer flow
  • Assist with crowd control, directing patrons to their seats and maintaining order in auditoriums
  • Clean and inspect auditoriums, restrooms, and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly between tasks.
