Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team at Fcs Co. As a key member of our outpatient program, you will work closely with clients to provide comprehensive psychotherapy and medication management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and research
Requirements:
- Master's or doctoral degree in a related field (LCSW/LPC)
- Experience working with couples and individuals, particularly those with mental health concerns
- Training in EMDR a plus
- License to practice in the state of VA
