Senior Director of Corporate Solutions

About the Role:
- Develop and execute a pre-sales strategy to deliver the value of Thomson Reuters' product suite to corporate customers in North America, focusing on developing and coaching a team of Solution Consultant managers who lead teams of Solution Consultants.
- Collaborate with Sales to devise strategies for selling to new and existing customers, ensuring proper strategy, messaging, and execution against sales opportunities.
- Deliver sales financial targets in conjunction with Sales Management to new and existing customers in North America, driving innovation through the roll-out of AI-driven solutions and providing feedback to product management on opportunities to leverage AI to drive value realization for customers.
- Lead multi-product, cross-functional teams to effectively communicate the holistic Corporates value proposition both internally and externally.
- Participate in Executive sales opportunities to ensure proper messaging and presentations to new and existing clients.
- Define a scalable pre-sales model for lower-value opportunities.
About You:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Hold 12+ years of sales and/or solution consulting experience, with the ability to build cross-functional, diverse teams.
- Have 10+ years of management and leadership experience.
- Be an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of Corporates products.
- Hold a deep understanding of the AI and software technology landscape, including current trends and competitive dynamics.
- Have industry experience and knowledge on how to adapt to market trends.
- Be able to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management on go-to-market strategies.
- Have the ability to lead significant projects and present on behalf of the Solution Consulting organization.
- Prove the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
Compensation and Benefits:
Estimated annual salary: $150,000 - $200,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
