Phlebotomy Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist I to join our team at Industrial Staffing Services Inc dba Equiliem. As a Phlebotomist I, you will be responsible for performing daily activities accurately and on time, maintaining a safe and professional environment, and performing with confidence both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process blood and other specimens from patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of specimen collection and processing.
• Work independently with minimal on-site supervision and demonstrate organizational commitment.
• Provide quality, error-free work and excellent customer service to patients and clients.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
• Minimum of 6 months experience in phlebotomy or a related field.
