Job Summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a skilled VMG Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Diabetes Endocrinology Outpatient Clinic. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage the care of acute and complex chronically ill patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Prescribe diagnostic strategies and therapeutic interventions as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • LIC-Licensed Nurse Practitioner - Tennessee
  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • Relevant work experience in acute care hospital settings
