Guaranteed Hours:
Not specified Experience: Accepting candidates with 1 year of experience, provided they have neuro and scrub experience. Otherwise, a minimum of 2 years of experience is required.

License:
Compact or LA license required upon submission Certifications: AHA certifications required, AWHONN Intermediate required for L&D RN, CPI required for all CNAER nurses Must-Have: - On-call availability with a 30-minute response time- Scrub experience- Travel experience- Neuro-Interventional Radiology experience is a plus but not required

Job Description:

  • Perform interventional radiology procedures effectively and safely.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to assess and prioritize patient needs.
  • Participate in calls and respond quickly to emergencies with a 30-minute response time.
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and providing post-procedure care instructions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient
Provide patient care while adhering to organizational safety protocols and standards.
  • Complete orientation successfully with 8 hours of non billable orientation time provided.
  • Candidates must be willing to comply with required health and safety protocols, including COVID 19 and flu vaccinations unless qualified for medical or religious exemptions.
